Full Time Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant
A small but busy friendly team has an opening for a Client Bookkeeper and Payroll assistant.
Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, your duties in this role will include but will not be limited to
- Client Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
- preparation and submission of VAT Returns
- Processing multiple client payrolls
- RTI Reporting
- Auto enrolment
- Management of the year end process
- General office administration
- Use of SAGE and Xero
Applicants should have a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll from start to finish. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills. This role is office based and will involve an element of liaising with clients and third parties with regards to queries. You should have the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines. Xero is essential and use of Sage is preferable.
